Sal has built one of the most impressive political resumes in Southern Oregon. He has served on the Medford City Council (including as Council President) as well as being a former State Senator and the current State Representative, District 6. In the House of Representatives, Sal is the Co-Chair for the Committee on Agriculture & Natural Recourses as well as Veterans Affairs. He also serves as a committee member for Business & Labor and Rules.

Jan built a political and business career long before joining her husband in Salem. Jan was elected and served on the Medford School Board and was a delegate to the White House Council on Small Business. She has been an entrepreneur since founding her first business in 1974. Through her career, Jan has run a mail order catalog company, wholesale nursery and a real estate company. In 2004 she became a legislative aid in Salem and currently is the chief of staff for a State Representative.

Jonathan started his political career at an early age. He filed to run for his first office at 22 years old and was elected to the Eagle Point School Board. Later in that term, he served as the youngest School Board Chair in Oregon. Jonathan later ran for, and currently serves on, the Eagle Point City Council. He has also served as campaign manager for numerous races, from local school board and city council races to county commissioner and state representative.

Laura has become an expert political organizer with a string of successful campaigns. She has served as campaign manager for ballot initiatives, county commission races and state legislative campaigns. Laura has also served in Salem as a legislative chief of staff. Laura attended and graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in political science.
